Kurukshetra is a massive multiplayer online empire building strategic role-playing game inspired by Indian mythology, culture and documented history.

With this game we want to take a different approach from the genre of empire building games. The game focuses on overall development of an empire that is things like culture, trade, research, and economics and not just making the strongest military and crushing other players. In fact, the game mechanism will be built in such a way that would discourage and even penalise players for focusing only on a single aspect of empire building. While also giving the player the freedom of choosing their own play style.
